I called Capital One TWICE and verified that this number does NOT belong to Capital One. If you call it repeatedly, you get the same five or six people. They're trying to steal your information. Anyone on this site who says this number is legitimately a Capital One number is wrong and, may be in on the scam. Go to donotcall. gov and file a complaint. Let's see if we can get these f---ers shut down... today.
